Buying shoes: the AllChinaBuy guide in its original order
A Spreadsheet helps you choose a listing; it does not purchase the shoes. This walkthrough follows AllChinaBuy’s official guide saved on 4 August 2026: Steps 1–9, then its final delivery-and-review step.
The October 2026 check recorded a maintenance notice. These are historical screens and labels, not a live checkout. A different agent may use different controls, fees and policies.
Step 1 — Select Item
Copy the exact marketplace product link into the AllChinaBuy search bar. The archived guide also offered a keyword search. A saved catalogue option is more precise than a broad keyword: keep the seller link, colour, size and quantity together.

Step 2 — Submit Order
Compare the imported options, select colour, size and quantity, then use “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. If the “Fill in A Shopping Agent Order” form appears, enter the requested product information manually. A similar search result is not a substitute for the listing you selected.
Official Step 2: variant choices followed by Buy Now or Add to Cart. AllChinaBuy official guide saved on 4 August 2026. Open the full-size image.
Step 3 — Pay for Item(s)
Review the destination country, remarks, selected services and disclaimer on the confirmation page. This payment covered the goods and Chinese domestic delivery. Payment methods and any fees must be checked in the account actually taking your payment; the old screenshot is not a current price list.

Step 4 — AllChinaBuy Purchase
The agent contacted the seller and bought the requested item. The guide used “order enquiry” for purchase questions. An order submitted by you, an item purchased by the agent and an item dispatched by the seller are different events. Ask which event is outstanding before approving a substitute.
Step 5 — AllChinaBuy Inspection and Storage
The recorded guide placed inspection and photographs after warehouse arrival. It directed buyers to “My AllChinaBuy” → “Warehouse” and noted that 1688 purchases used a different inspection standard. Compare the received option with your saved order. Resolve missing evidence or a return request before submitting a parcel; the free-storage period is not a return deadline.
Step 6 — Submit for Delivery
Select the intended items in “My Warehouse”, submit them for delivery, enter the delivery details and review the available routes. Check restrictions and any packaging, reinforcement or insurance options. Combining items is a choice, not a guarantee of lower freight; compare the actual contents and packed estimate.
Step 7 — Pay international shipping fee deposit
The archived guide called this an international shipping fee deposit. Its estimate depended on weight, route and destination; final cost depended on the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. This is the second agent-payment stage. Read the current settlement and import-charge terms before approving a new parcel.

Step 8 — AllChinaBuy Delivery
The warehouse consolidated, packed, reinforced where requested, weighed and dispatched the parcel. Paying freight did not itself establish carrier collection. Keep the parcel reference and distinguish a shipping label from an acceptance scan.
Step 9 — Waiting for your package to arrive
The guide directed buyers to “Parcels” to follow shipping progress. Keep the agent parcel reference and carrier tracking number together. For a stalled scan, check which carrier currently holds the parcel before asking for an update.
Official Step 9: My Parcels and the Logistics Details control. The displayed parcel is the tutorial’s example. AllChinaBuy official guide saved on 4 August 2026. Open the full-size image.
Final step — Delivered & Review
After receipt, the guide used “My AllChinaBuy” → “Parcels” to confirm delivery. The same parcel offered “Apply After-Sales”. Inspect the contents and retain labels, packaging and evidence before confirming everything is correct. Historic rewards or claims deadlines do not establish the terms for a new order.
Official final step: Confirm & review and Apply After-Sales are separate actions. AllChinaBuy official guide saved on 4 August 2026. Open the full-size image.
The shoe decisions between those steps
Before Step 3, compare the seller’s size chart with a pair that fits and establish whether a measurement means foot length, insole length or outsole length. Save the exact size and colourway; ask to be contacted before a substitution.
At Step 5, check both shoes, matching size labels, toe, heel and sole edge. If standard photos hide a detail, request that angle and check its charge. Photographs can reveal visible mismatches; they do not prove comfort, material composition or authenticity.
Resolve the keep-or-return decision before Step 6. A wrong supplied option and a correctly supplied pair that does not fit may have different return terms. Ask for the deadline, seller approval and domestic postage or handling costs. For the parcel, compare suitable protection with and without a shoe box; removing a box is not automatically the best choice.
